SCHOOLS FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE

As all football fans will know, this season’s Barclays Premier League title was won by Chelsea, their forth league title of recent years and with them winning with three games to spare.

Chelsea have been an almost impeccable fusion of attacking silk and defensive steel that few could cope with this season, with only Manchester City being able to score more goals and only Southampton conceding as few.

Credit must surely go to the ‘special one’ José Mourinho whose managerial prowess has earned him the Premier League ‘Manager of the Season’ award.

Many of our students have being trying to emulate Mourinho’s managerial style and success in this season’s Schools Fantasy Football League competition which came to a nail-biting conclusion with three students all battling to finish top of the table at the final whistle.
