Summer Reading Challenge prizewinner

Each year The Summer Reading Challenge runs in Libraries in Bath and North East Somerset with children aged 5-11 encouraged to read at least 6 books, earning rewards along the way.
The 2017 theme was ‘Animal Agents’ and to support the Summer Reading Challenge Bath and North East Somerset Library Service ran a ‘design your own Animal Agent’ competition.
Two winners were chosen from all the entries received and had their designs drawn by professional illustrator Richard Jones  receiving a framed print of the professional design as their prize.
Kathleen Martin, Year 7, Pulteney 1, was one of the talented prize winners, and is here being presented with her prize by Rowan Tanner of B&NES Libraries Service.
