It is with great pleasure that we welcome your child to Ralph Allen School.  We are delighted that you have chosen us as your school and we are very much looking forward to meeting all the new students and welcoming them into our community.

Over the next couple of months, it is normal for you to feel anxious about the transition and you may feel as though you have missed some important information. We also realise that you and your child may be a bit more anxious as schools have been significantly disrupted by Covid-19; however, please do not worry and we are here to fully support the transition from primary to secondary school. Please be reassured that all current information will be in the first instance uploaded to our website.

Please make a note of two important dates coming up:

Firstly, the evening when we invite you and your child to come and discuss the arrangements in detail - Tuesday 29 June 2021, 6-8pm.

Secondly is the New Students’ Day, Thursday 1 July 2021, when your child spends a school day with us.

At this moment in time it is unclear as to what COVID restrictions will permit; however, please be reassured that should it not be possible to have these events in school then they will be carried out virtually.  

Please keep visiting this website for updated content and we will keep in touch with you about keys dates and new information, supporting a successful transition to our school.
