LEGO Robots

First LEGO League is a global STEM competition where teams of 9-16 year olds build and code LEGO robots to solve complex table top ‘missions’. Last weekend was the National Finals in Harrogate where the top 75 regional winners (of around 1200 UK teams) competed in the UK championship.

Congratulations to Fin and Hans whose team achieved an outstanding 7th place. Their young team, made up of 6 students from Ralph Allen, Hayesfield, Beechen Cliff and KES, was also the top placed year 7 team.
