Last week 11 Ralph Allen students stayed overnight at Trinity College Cambridge to find out what it is like to study at Cambridge. We attended a taster lecture, explored the city and had a meal in town. The following day started with breakfast in the main hall at Trinity Hall – complete with benches and long tables and portraits on the walls. We also met the Master’s Cat! We then attended a presentation about studying at Cambridge and the applications process.
The students are now in a strong position to consider an application to Cambridge or Oxford in the future.
This trip is in addition to Ralph Allen’s own Oxford trip planned for early next year when we are able to take a larger number students.
