It is vital that we have the most up to date information from you, prior to your child being admitted to Ralph Allen School in September. The form should only be filled out by a parent/carer and only by those who have received official confirmation of a place via B&NES council.
Please note that we are unable to process your child's admission without this necessary information.
This year we will be using the platform Admissions + for our data collection. You will receive an email providing access to your account. Please note that this will be sent to the email address that BANES have on record from your admission application.
