Data Collection Form (Admissions +)

**Please note that you have not yet received your instructions on how to complete this. You will receive an email week commencing 11 June 2024 with information on how to access. **

It is vital that we have the most up to date information from you, prior to your child being admitted to Ralph Allen School in September. The form should only be filled out by a parent/carer and only by those who have received official confirmation of a place via B&NES council.

Please note that we are unable to process your child's admission without this necessary information.

Admissions +

We use the platform Admissions + for our data collection. You will receive an email providing access to your account. Please note that this will be sent to the email address that BANES have on record from your admission application. Should you wish for additional email addresses to be added then please do so via the data colleciton form.
